Shipping Policy
Free shipping all over India except for North Eastern states.
All products , available on the website, will be shipped in 7 working days from the time of placing the order.
Products ‘made on order’ will follow the process of production after the order has been confirmed. It is our endeavour to produce and ship the order within 14 working days of the completion of purchase formalities. However there maybe unforeseen circumstances which may delay the process. Should such an event occur we shall inform you about the delay in time. Order once placed can not be cancelled.
Once the order is dispatched from our store , tracking details will be shared on your registered email id.
We strive to ensure that your orders are delivered efficiently. We use trustworthy courier services for all our shipments. Expected time of delivery is within 7 working days after the order has been dispatched.
Kindly share the correct address and contact details for the shipment. Once dispatched it will not be possible for us to make any changes. Arrangements for receiving the order at your end will be entirely your responsibility. We are not responsible for misplaced orders/ articles at your end.
Return & Exchange Policy
To help you shop with confidence, we will be happy to offer you an exchange if required.
Despite that we request you to please take advantage of our Customer Service and help us get you the right item the very first time itself. Feel free to call us before placing your order for assistance and guidance in sizes, colours, product pictures etc. You can reach us on WhatsApp/Ph 9920962322 , on Monday to Friday between 11 am to 6 pm.
1. For any exchange or return kindly inform us within 2 days /48 hours of receiving the goods.

Please note: The shipping charges for the return are to be taken care of by the customer.
Please enclose the bill /printed document with the return courier.

2. Once the products are received, it will undergo a quality check. The products will be checked for No Usage , Damages , No Removal of Tags and Labels .
Please note: If the quality check is rejected , we will ship the returned products back to you.
3. As the quality check is passed, we will issue you the required Exchange of Size or Style from the products available at the time.
Incase the desired products are not available for Exchange , we will issue you a Credit Note for the same , which will be valid for 2 months for you to purchase any other style or product.
The credit note will be issued to you by email.
4. We have NO REFUND POLICY.
5. Returns of the order will not be accepted for Customised and Sale items or items sold on Offers/ Discount Codes.
6. Exchange will happen only once for a said sale. Once exchanged we can not do an exchange or return of the exchanged item again.
7. The colours seen in the images may vary from the actual product due to different screen resolutions/displays and also because the products are photographed under controlled lighting.

8. Once the order has been placed it will NOT BE CANCELLED.
9. Each item is inspected prior to shipping. In the rare case that an item arrives damaged, kindly inform within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Once received back it will undergo a quality check. Incase the claim to receiving a damaged product is rejected, we will ship the returned product/products back to you.
